By accessing or using AnimaLens ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the App.

These terms apply to all users of the App, including users who are browsers, registered users, and any other users who access or use the App.

AnimaLens is an AI-powered translation app that provides text, voice, and image translation services. The App is intended to assist with communication across language barriers and is provided "as is" for personal and non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any portion thereof at any time without notice.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use AnimaLens. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the App.

If you create an account with AnimaLens, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our discretion, particularly in cases of violation of these Terms.

You agree not to use AnimaLens to:

• Translate, distribute, or create content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Infringe upon any intellectual property rights of others.
• Transmit any content that violates the privacy of others.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers, networks, or infrastructure.
• Use automated tools or bots to access or scrape the App.

The App, including its name, design, logos, text, graphics, features, and functionality, is owned by AnimaLens and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes only.

You retain ownership of content you input into the App (such as text, images, or voice recordings). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the translation service to you.

AnimaLens uses AI-powered translation technology. While we strive for accuracy, translations may not always be perfect and should not be relied upon for critical decisions, legal, medical, or emergency communications.

We are not responsible for errors, inaccuracies, or misunderstandings arising from the use of translated content. Always verify critical translations with a qualified human translator.

AnimaLens may offer premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms and refund policies. We do not process payments directly.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage your subscription in your App Store account settings.

AnimaLens is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnimaLens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AnimaLens and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of AnimaLens after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
